The collection and use of your data is strictly according to the requirements of the EU Data Protection (EUDATAP), the German privacy law according to the DSAnpUG-EU and the Telecommunication media Act (TMG) as far as applicable.

·The legal basis for processing in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is article 6 (1) lit. f EUDATAP.

·In the event that vital interests of the person concerned or of another natural person require the processing of personal data, article 6 (1) (d) EUDATAP shall be used as a legal basis.

Cooperation with processors and third parties

If we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties) as part of our processing, transmit it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be based on

Rights of the persons concerned

According to article 16 EUDATAP you have the right to request the completion or the correction of the incorrect data relating you.

In accordance with article 17 of the EUDATAP, you have the right to request that data in question be deleted immediately or, alternatively, to require a restriction on the processing of the data in accordance with article 18 EUDATAP.

You have the right to demand that the data relating to you which you have provided to us be obtained in accordance with article 20 of the EUDATAP and to request their transmission to other persons responsible.

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 EUDATAP. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data.

As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our website, this is always carried out on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
